Tatiana Winger is a Director in GAO’s International Affairs and Trade team. She oversees a portfolio of work related to foreign affairs management, including issues related to diplomatic security, embassy construction, consular affairs, and management of multilateral institutions.
Tatiana joined GAO in September 2001. Since joining GAO, Tatiana has led work covering a range of federal contracting issues, such as tribal participation in federal contracting, COVID-related contracting provisions, and commercial item pricing.
Tatiana earned a master’s degree in business administration from The Heller School at Brandeis University. Tatiana earned a bachelor’s degree in art history from Boston University.
She works in GAO’s Boston Field Office.
