(Clean Team), a small business of Washington, District of Columbia, requests that our Office recommend that it be reimbursed for the costs of filing and pursuing its protests challenging the award of contract Nos. 70US0922C70092662 and 70US0923C70093108, to ICMC Alliance, LLC (ICMC), a small business of Beltsville, Maryland. The contracts were issued on sole-source bases by the Department of Homeland Security, United States Secret Service, for janitorial services.
