Highlights

A firm protested a Centers for Disease Control contract award. GAO held that the protester untimely filed: (1) its initial protest more than 14 days after it learned of adverse action on its agency-level protest; and (2) after bid opening its protest regarding an alleged solicitation impropriety. Accordingly, the protest was dismissed.
