Highlights

A former member of the Air Force Reserve appealed the denial of his request for waiver of the claim against him for an overpayment of regular pay and readjustment pay. The officer should have known that being on flight status was a requirement for entitlement to flight pay and that he was not entitled to readjustment pay since he had served only 9 months. The amounts were not waived since the officer should have known that the payments were in error.
