Correction of Bid in Which Bidder Inserted Words "Per Month" in Yearly Price Column

A company protested the award of a contract for refuse and arbage collection at Eglin AFB, Florida, contending that the awardee inserted a per month amount in the yearly price column of the bid. The contracting officer determined that the winning bid was responsive, and correction of the error did not cause the bid to be nonresponsive.
