Highlights

An Army member claimed reimbursement for losses in his wife's wages and automobile sale resulting from cancellation of orders to an overseas duty station. No reimbursement is authorized by existing statutes or regulations. Since cancellation was at the member's request, the claim does not warrant recommendation for Congressional relief.
