Lapse in Appropriations

Please note that a lapse in appropriations has caused GAO to shut down its operations. Highlights

The protester alleged that the contractor had failed to pass test requirements specified in the contract and that the contract should be terminated. The matter was not for resolution under bid protest procedures since it involved a matter of contract administration which is a function and responsibility of the contracting agency.
