Please note that a lapse in appropriations has caused GAO to shut down its operations. Highlights

A company requested reconsideration of its protest against an award, contending that the agency misinterpreted price control criteria. The solicitation provided for evaluation under the price controls then in effect, and the protester's argument that the proposals should have been evaluated under a subsequent phase of price controls was without merit.
