International Activities 1956-1981: Interview With James A. Duff, J. Kenneth Fasick, and Charles D. Hylander

GAO presented a transcript of a videotaped interview with James A. Duff, J. Kenneth Fasic, and Charles D. Hylander, three former GAO officials who served as directors and held key management positions in the International Division and European and Far East offices, as part of its program to record key government officials' observations and impressions and ensure that the bases for policy decisions and other important events are systematically recorded for posterity. The discussion focused on the International Division's activities between 1956 and 1981.
