GAO presented a transcript of a videotape interview of Francis X. Fee, Walter H. Henson, and Hyman L. Krieger, three former GAO officials who served as regional managers and as directors or deputies in the Field Operations Division, as part of its program to record key government officials' observations and impressions and ensure that the bases for policy decisions and other important events are systematically recorded for posterity.
