Summaries of Conclusions and Recommendations on Department of Defense Operations

A summary is provided of conclusions and recommendations resulting from GAO audits and other review work in the Department of Defense. While the reports have previously brought the matters to the attention of Congress and departmental officials, the summary was compiled to assist congressional committees in their review of budget requests for fiscal year 1981.
