DOD Consulting Services: Erroneous Accounting and Reporting of Costs

Pursuant to a congressional request, GAO provided information on the Department of Defense's (DOD) underreporting of advisory and assistance services costs and whether costs for these services may be included in a miscellaneous budget category.
