April 5, 2011, letter commenting on the IAASB's January 2011 consultation paper on "Proposed IAASB Strategy and Work Program for 2012-2014."

This letter provides the U.S. Government Accountability Office's (GAO) comments on the International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board's (IAASB) proposed strategy and work program for 2012-2014. We are in general agreement with IAASB's proposed priorities. Our more specific comments are contained in the letter.
