Air Shunt Instruments protested the evaluation of its proposal and the award of a contract to InAir Aviation Services, issued by the U.S. Coast Guard, Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, for the rework of C130 aircraft electronic components. The protester takesissue with the agency?s evaluation of its past performance.
