A former Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) employee requested a review of his termination, contending that he was improperly terminated from his position as a DCAA auditor. GAO noted that: (1) it did not have authority to review the matter; and (2) the employee could appeal his dismissal to the United States Court of Appeals.
