[Comments on DOL Expenditure for Farm Wage Survey]

GAO commented on an interagency agreement between the Departments of Labor (DOL) and Agriculture (USDA) regarding funding for a farm wage survey. GAO found that: (1) DOL and USDA properly agreed that DOL would fund the survey; and (2) the agencies violated the Economy Act by failing to deobligate unexpended budget balances by the end of a fiscal year.
