Guidelines for Survey of the Pricing of Negotiated Noncompetitive DOD Prime Contracts With McDonnell Douglas and Raytheon and NASA Prime Contracts With General Electric

The objective of this survey was to determine, for the Department of Defense and National Aeronautics and Space Administration, whether the prices negotiated for major programs and systems were reasonable based on cost or pricing data available to the contractor at the time of contract negotiations.
