Request for Relief From Liability

An employee requested relief from liability for the loss of imprest funds due to lack of secure storage facilities and physical exhaustion on the employee's part. Failure to use the most secure means available to store funds regardless of the working situation does not constitute grounds for relief from liability. The employee's request was denied.
